One household is known for Shaolin kung fu while the other is skilled in Wudang swordsmanship. Their competition leads to practical jokes, friendships, and unexpected romance as the younger generation tries to bring the two families together.
When a ruthless band of marauders threatens the countryside, the rival families are forced to put aside their differences. Fighting together, the Shaolin and Wudang practitioners combine their skills to protect their homes and loved ones, leading to a series of martial arts battles filled with traditional weapons, acrobatics, and fast-paced kung fu action.
