STORY OVERVIEW

As the Southern Song Dynasty struggles against invading Jin forces, the legendary General Yue Fei is betrayed by the corrupt Prime Minister Qin Hui and sentenced to death before he can secure victory for his country. Refusing to stand by while their greatest hero is condemned, the loyal swordsman Ling Yu-fong gathers a courageous band of martial artists to rescue the imprisoned general before it is too late.

The rescue attempt comes at a tremendous cost, leaving the surviving heroes wounded and scattered across the countryside. Sheltered by a traveling family of performers, Ling Yu-fong regains his strength and prepares for one final mission against overwhelming odds. Filled with stirring acts of loyalty, graceful swordplay, and heroic sacrifice, Invincible Sword delivers a memorable blend of historical drama and classic wuxia adventure.
