ClassicKungFuMovies.com was built from a lifelong passion for martial arts and the golden age of kung fu cinema.

My journey started at just 8 years old when I first saw Five Fingers of Death. Growing up in New York City during the early 1980s, I experienced kung fu films the way they were meant to be seen — on the big screen. Times Square, 42nd Street, and local theaters were filled with unforgettable martial arts films that would later become legendary.

In 1995, that passion became a business.

We started as One Stop Video, a mail-order company featured in Inside Kung Fu and Inside Karate magazines. Today, that same passion continues through ClassicKungFuMovies.com.

Through every stage, the mission has remained the same — to keep classic martial arts films alive and accessible to collectors and fans worldwide.
