The Magnificent Trio (1966), also released as Heroic Three and Three Heroes of Border Castle, and originally titled Bian Cheng San Xia (邊城三俠), is an early Shaw Brothers wuxia classic directed by Chang Cheh. Starring Jimmy Wang Yu, Lo Lieh, and Cheng Lei, the film combines heroic swordplay, rebellion, loyalty, sacrifice, and brotherhood in one of the director's most important early martial arts productions.
