Defective DVDs

At ClassicKungFuMovies.com, we take pride in offering high-quality import DVDs at affordable prices. However, occasional issues may arise, preventing customers from enjoying their purchase fully. Our goal is to resolve such issues promptly and efficiently.

Common DVD Issues:

DVD Player Incompatibility:
- Some DVDs may not play correctly on specific players, causing recognition errors or picture skipping.
- Please test the DVD on another player of a different make and model to confirm if the issue lies with the disc.
- If the disc works on other players, the problem may be with your DVD player, possibly requiring laser head cleaning. Manufacturers typically recommend using a cleaning kit every 4-6 months.
Scratched or Dirty Discs:
- Scratches can occur if the disc becomes dislodged from the spindle during shipping.
- We ensure all DVDs are securely packaged, but minor scratches do not usually affect playback.
- If you notice "spindle marks," try gently buffing them out with your thumb.

If you receive a defective DVD, we will cover the return shipping back to you, but you are responsible for the shipping cost when sending the DVD to us.

Exchange Policy:
We do not offer cash refunds. All returns are eligible for exchange only, for the same title.
- If the title you are returning is out of stock, we will offer an exchange for a different title of equal value.
